The worst experience I've wasted so much time and money. I left my car in the parking lot because the service manager said I could. I told him I would pick it up later that night after I got off work. I drove an hour to Albany to pick up my car just to find out it was blocked in by 10 other cars. They did it on purpose. They are very rude at this dealership and childish so I wasted 2 hours of my night after working all day long and a lot of gas money 😡

I did send a lengthy text message. I have dealt with this dealership for eight years and never been disappointed in the service I have received. Today my car was ready when I got there, it was clean and vacuumed, and the maintenance was completed as discussed. One of the young gals, who was moving cars around, gladly helped me reset my clock. Always friendly and professional and they’re always seems to be time for the niceties.

Service here is excellent. Very helpful and respectful. We had our dog with us and they made sure we had fresh water for him. Coffee for us.

Service was smooth and efficient. Good people should not have to deal with upselling unnecessary and expensive add ons. For example $100 for injector service on my 5000 mile new Forester. Appalling!

We drove our 2014 Outback from Sacramento CA to Depoe Bay OR for our summer vacation. On the half way to Depoe Bay, the "check Engine" light went on. We called Corvallis Subaru service department for help. Our service advisor Houston was able to book us an appointment on the same day and fixed our engine issue. Houston also provided us a loaner car for the day. The cost of repair was very reasonable. Overall 5 star for the repair experience...nice people and great service -- Jeff

This Service dept was perfect: got me on the schedule and ordered the new parts within 2 days, check-in was easy, work took about as long as predicted and they charged me exactly what they estimated (which was almost precisely what an independent workshop wanted to charge.) Everyone I meet and had dealings with was professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. The service was reasonably priced. I arrived an hour early and it caused no problem for me or the dealership. They took it on stride and I went off about my business.

At regular servicing a leaking CVT seal was pointed out. Warranty repair was scheduled and was completed today with use of a loaner. Appreciated them finding this problem and resolving it.
In the month of September during an appointment, during a check of our car, there was an issue found that needed our attention. Thru Jason’s research it was found out we had an extended Gold Plan Warranty. The repair was scheduled and has been recently completed.
